We've loved every minute of our journey. My name is Jennifer and my husband, Jeff and I moved to Leesville, Louisiana in 1996 and have been here ever since. We have raised a family and back in 2002, bought our home and property and now 14 years later have decided to add Boarding Kennels to our property that consist of chickens, ducks, a horse, our American Cocker Spaniels, Labrador Retrievers, 4 rescue cats and a guinea pig. Our Children have always been around animals of all kinds and I have enjoyed the time spent training and raising our own dogs. So, I wanted to bring that joy to other pets and give the pet parents peace of mind knowing that their pet(s) are taken care of by opening up a small boarding kennel, with room for expansion later on.

An Idea Is Born

As my husband will tell you, that once I start an idea, I research and research to find the best way to make it a reality, weighing the pros and cons and to figure out ways around things. The boarding idea has been a long idea in the making, with countless hours researching the best fencing and what is good and bad for a dog that is kenneled, safety measure, comfort, etc. After, my notebook containing many hours full of ideas and pictures, my idea was born and then it was time to make

it a reality.

Our Kennel in Progress

This was after the cement was poured and covers are on. Now play yard fencing is going up. A lot of sore backs each and everyday of working, but it helps to see progress.

Working on Grass

Kennel play yard fencing is up, Tuff Turf Astro turf is laid and now working on planting grass. Fire hydrant and marking post up for my male guests and anti dig rails and cement border poured under fence with drainage in. Progress!!!

Boarding Kennel

Finished project, complete with grass, shade cover for rain and sun, bed in play area, fan and a plant at the door with a welcome mat. Ready for Business!

A New Addition

After many hours of trying to keep freshly planted grass alive and filling in countless holes. We decided to add artificial grass with drainage underneath and it has been a blessing, no more holes, dirt and dead grass. As an added bonus we extended the cover to the entire kennel and now they stay dry during play or potty time.

Why Us?

First, I would say, choose us based on your first impressions of meeting me and my family and touring the kennels. Second, I will treat your pet as if they were my own and spend as much time with them as possible, playing fetch, etc.
